1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ngd33's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority. ngd33 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
1.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, bonus terms, and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ngd33 with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification
ngd33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.
In the event that it is determined that a player is under the age of 18, ngd33 will immediately and permanently close the account, void all bets and wagers placed, and return net deposits made (excluding any winnings or bonus funds). ngd33 may also report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with its obligations regarding the protection of minors.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their location. ngd33 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. 3. Account Registration

Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified ngd33 of unauthorised access in advance.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ngd33 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility. ngd33 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. However, ngd33 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
3.2 Accurate Information Obligation
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or payment details belonging to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any balances held.
3.3 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one ngd33 account at any given time. If ngd33 detects that a player has created or is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be suspended. Any bonus funds obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety, and real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ngd33 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
- ngd33 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ngd33 bears no responsibility.
- ngd33 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to any account for responsible gaming or security reasons without prior notice.
- Deposits made using funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful means will be voided. ngd33 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected financial crime.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit to the account, subject to payment method availability.
- Before processing any withdrawal, ngd33 may require the completion of identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 3 business days from the date of approval. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed faster.
- ngd33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
- Any active bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal and will be forfeited upon account closure.
4.3 Currency
All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ngd33 does not support multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is made in a currency other than Taka via an international card, the payment provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply, and the credited amount will be the Taka equivalent at the time of the transaction.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
ngd33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
- Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all ngd33 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
- Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not wagered within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the ngd33 bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, systematically exploiting specific low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, or creating accounts for the sole purpose of claiming welcome bonuses — constitutes bonus abuse. ngd33 reserves the right to void bonus funds, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Players using the ngd33 Platform are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to fund an ngd33 account.

ngd33 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
ngd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
7.1 Suspension Process
When an account is suspended, the player will be notified via their registered email address where practicable. During a suspension, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, access casino games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Pending withdrawals may be held during the investigation period. ngd33 will endeavour to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the affected player.
7.2 Voluntary Closure

Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements. 7.3 Self-Exclusion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngd33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:
- Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance or technical failures.
